The interphase properties in nanocomposites indicate the interaction between filler and matrix, which is dependent on preparation method, shape, size of chemical two phases. In this study, power law model was used predict based experimental constant polyimide (PI) with BaTiO3, TiO2, ZrO2 They were prepared via situ polymerization PI whose increased at volume fraction 3.8, 2.05, 1.7, respectively. results PI/ceramics had poor dispersion weak as an evidence scanning electron microscopy Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy results. However, incorporated high aspect ratio BaTiO3 nanofiber shows better than TiO2 filled PI; therefore provide higher Tg.
